Description
In this course, you will learn the basics of Node.js and how to use it to create simple web servers and work with the file system.
You will learn how to set up Node.js, create and run your first Node file, work with built-in objects, create a simple number guessing game and countdown timer, create and use modules, work with the file system and serve HTML pages.
You will also be introduced to npm and the Express framework.
At the end, we will review everything and give you a chance to download the source code. By the end of this course, you will have a solid understanding of Node.js, and the tools to build more advanced applications.
