We will discuss the history of goal setting and the importance of starting with the end in mind. We will also delve into the concept of kaizen, or making small changes that can lead to big differences, and how to use the law of attraction to manifest your desires.

We will then shift our focus to mindset and the role it plays in achieving your goals. We will discuss how changing your mindset can lead to significant changes in your life, and how facing your fears can help you overcome challenges and achieve success. We will also cover the importance of getting your priorities in order to stay focused on your goals.

Throughout the course, we will draw connections between goal setting and success in sports, as well as success in life more generally. By the end of this course, you will have a clear understanding of how to set and achieve your life goals, and be well on your way to achieving success in whatever areas of life you desire.
